Before you contact us, you will no doubt wish to get an idea of what our collaboration would look like. We have therefore compiled a list of the most common project steps.

Kick-off workshop
In order to develop digital solutions which fit you like a tailor-made suit, we dive deep into the context of your product world and industry. We want to understand your business. We will therefore clarify the most important questions about your target groups, potential optimizations to your business processes as well as the requirements of our mutual project in a joint kick-off workshop.
Based on the workshop results (findings?) we will determine the development phases of your project, enabling you and us to male realistic calculations. Due to our many years of experience, you can rely on our estimation of the time and cost framework. While software development is an agile process, we will nonetheless establish the milestones of our collaboration with you in advance, so you have transparency in following development progress.
Conception
Let's get started! We begin with conceptional work. To involve you in this stage, joint in-person workshops and regularly scheduled video conferences to coordinate indiviual aspects are available. In a the space of a few weeks, we will produce a detailed concept based on the jointly developed user journeys, process workflows, design mood boards and wireframes of the screens, so you can soon get an idea of the future app, web applications etc.
Our software developers will explain the capabilities of the chosen technologies to you in a comprehensible way. As soon as the mutual concept is prepared and ready for implementation, we'll get to work!
Software development
The InTradeSys project team will now begin working on implementation. Our agile software development processes allow us to always respond to new developments and requirements in a flexible and outcome-oriented manner. Moreover, we always focus on features that offer your company and your target group the highest added value. Our iterative development approach enables early testing of new functionalities, user feedback evaluation (e.g. via A/B testing) and quick response to new findings.
Naturally, we will give full attention to technical tests of programming and the front end on commonly used browsers to ensure the desired functionality. You will also be kept in the loop during the implementation phase and can bring your feedback into the ongoing project. Our coordination process is effective and convenient thanks to agile project and product management methods such as Scrum and Kanban as well as established tools such as Jira, Confluence and Trello. Our experienced project managers ensure an optimal workflow.
Operation & Updates
Now the time has come: the newly developed software is running and meets all the requirements to put your business on the fast track. Your target group is excited, you are satisfied and so are we. Because we know that the software we developed can always be adapted to future challenges and opportunities.
In every software project, we pay attention to sustainability by creating digital solutions which can be developed further in the long term. In regular consultation with you, we will make promising future possibilities available to your company. Of course, a responsible operation will also include a detailed documentation of the application, the operating states and the interfaces.
Likewise, a regular scanning of the application for possible security vulnerabilties and updates of the software components used.
